Written complaints

You may submit a written complaint by email to hello@behindtheceo.co or by post to MAVIE.M d.o.o., Ladeti 19, Ičići, Croatia.

Please include your name, an email or postal address for our reply, a description of the issue and any available product or order details. An order reference is helpful but is not required to submit a complaint. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

We acknowledge receipt without delay and respond in writing within 15 days of receipt, stating whether we accept the complaint. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
